Job Description for Efficiency Improvement Operator:

Kimberly-Clark is looking for a results-driven Efficiency Improvement Operator to lead process optimization efforts within our production facilities. In this role, you will conduct root cause analysis, develop action plans, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and quality. Your expertise in Lean Manufacturing and commitment to continuous improvement will be key in driving operational success.

Responsibilities for Efficiency Improvement Operator:

• Develop, facilitate, and manage Operational Excellence improvement plans for focus areas.
• Provide continuous feedback to the Leadership team, consistent with achieving business objectives.
• Support efforts to improve product quality and reduce defects through systematic problem-solving.
• Support endeavors to elevate the quality of products and diminish defects through systematic methods of troubleshooting.
