Job Summary of Cleaner:

The key role of a Cleaner is to provide excellent guest service and financial profit to the hotel. This involves cleaning guest rooms and responding to their requests in a timely manner, ensuring a satisfying experience. Responsibilities of Cleaner:

• As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability
• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables

Qualification of Cleaner:

• Someone who graduated from high school and undertook training in a specific trade or profession program.
• Businesses need employees who possess strong English literacy skills to capitalize on opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Knowledgeable about the standard tasks that housekeeping personnel perform on guest floors
• Having a flexible approach to work schedules, able to complete tasks during morning, evening, weekend, or public holiday periods.
• Skilled knowledge of chemical handling and implementing cleanliness measures in rooms.
