Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Worker to be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols as needed
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints or direct them to appropriate personnel
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers, computers)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and/or appointment scheduling software
