Job Summary of Cash Keeper:

The Cash Keeper is an important position within our hotel, as employees will be responsible for greeting and registering guests and facilitating their check-out process. Responsibilities of Cash Keeper:

• As the face of the property, your primary challenge as a Cash Keeper is to greet incoming guests enthusiastically, register them efficiently, and make a first impression that fosters a positive relationship throughout their stay
• Facilitates the guest checkout process and ensures the necessary procedures are followed
• Resolving guest issues encountered during their accommodation at a hotel
• Effectively coding electronic keys, choosing the right rooms based on requirements, and promoting hotel amenities are the key aspects to upgrade guests
• Develops and manages marketing strategies designed to attract customers whenever they arrive at the hotel
• Guests will enjoy a warm greeting and welcome packet upon arrival, offering room keys, tokens of gratitude, and other special gifts

Qualification of Cash Keeper:

• Completed high school certificate or equivalent
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
