Cleaning Attendant

Job Summary of Cleaning Attendant:

Cleaning Attendant, as part of the hotel, are responsible for providing high-quality guest service while also attaining business profitability. They are responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to their requests, with the aim of ensuring a positive guest experience. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with schedules that offer flexibility. Additionally, the hotel is seeking candidates regardless of prior work experience. Responsibilities of Cleaning Attendant:

• As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability
• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables

Qualification of Cleaning Attendant:

• High school graduate and attended skills training school.
• English literate to meet business needs.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping’s daily operations on guest floors
• Flexible with working hours, able to work morning / evening shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning rooms.
