Responsibilities of Cashier Associate:

• A receptionist's essential duties include welcoming guests with a smile, providing courteous service, and facilitating the check-in process smoothly and efficiently to ensure a positive first impression
• Completes the formalities for guests checking out of the hotel
• Providing remedies to guest impediments faced during their hotel stay
• Choosing appropriate rooms based on guest requests, promoting hotel amenities and issuing electronic keys are crucial responsibilities
• Coordinates guest room allocations and assigns team members to assist guests with their luggage
• A warm welcome awaits our guests with a generous packet of room keys and gifts, all provided as tokens of our appreciation
